Soak Holes
Soak holes, also known as infiltration trenches, are commonly used as a method for managing stormwater runoff from roofs, driveways, and other impervious surfaces. Soak holes allow the stormwater to be gradually absorbed into the ground, rather than flowing directly into nearby waterways or causing flooding. This helps to replenish groundwater and reduce the risk of erosion and water pollution.
Soak holes are typically constructed by augering or excavating a hole in the ground and installing concrete liners and lids. We can provide the concrete liners and lids - and will install and connect it up for you. We work with a qualified Drainlayer to complete your soak hole to a professional standard.
A1 Bobcats & Concrete ensures that the hole is properly sized and located for it to function effectively. Factors such as soil type, slope, and the amount of rainfall in the area all need to be taken into account when designing and installing a soak hole.
